How to receive replacement or refund
The Product I received was damaged
Take a picture of the damaged product and email it to CrashBalm@gmail.com. We will then send you a replacement of the same product at no cost.
I am dissatisfied with my product, how do I return it?
Email CrashBalm@gmail.com a return request within 30 days of product delivery. You will then be asked to mail your product return to:

All returns must be sent with the original product, in the original packaging with at least half the product quantity left in order to qualify for a refund. Crash Balm reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns. Sorry we do not except refunds or exchanges on apparel products unless there was a defect. Please make sure you choose the correct size and color of the apparel product
